Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of a Digital Imaging Center focusing on scanning and production.
• Prepare customer documents for scanning and imaging.
• Inspect documents for quality issues that affect scanning.
• Organize diverse document types for scanning workflows.
• Operate scanning equipment per procedures and specs.
• Index scanned images using customer-named conventions.
• Perform post-imaging quality checks as required.
• Handle large volumes of documents accurately and securely.
• Meet production goals and SLAs.
• Identify issues and escalate problems when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
