Job summary

Trustmark is seeking a detail‑oriented data entry associate in Lake Forest, IL to support Customer Promise, New Business and Billing. You will review mail, scan documents, create cases in Dynamics, and route tasks across teams to ensure accurate processing.

Qualification includes a High School diploma, proficiency in Word/Excel, and the ability to meet deadlines. The role offers a competitive hourly salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Organized and detail oriented.
• Preferred experience with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Research undeliverable checks and update addresses as needed.
• Review and route incoming mail to the appropriate team and system.
• Identify mail types for scanning to G360 or forwarding to the right recipient.
• Determine which lockboxes to send checks to or to Treasury.
• Print and verify refund checks, scan docs, and mail as required.
• Index and encrypt documents in the G360 Imaging system.
• Update Dynamics with address changes and assist process improvements.
