Job summary
The Data Entry Company (TDEC) is seeking an Imaging Processing Operator for our on-site team in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time role involves preparing and batching documents, scanning, QA of scanned items, and general equipment maintenance.
You will perform data-entry tasks, review and correct data from forms, and support claims adjudication processes across multiple offices. Strong attention to detail and ability to convey technical information is essential.
Qualifications
- High school diploma and one year of experience with printing or scanning systems.
- Completed a PC operator course involving use of a computer terminal screen and keyboard
- Have specialized knowledge of composition and presentation techniques.
- Be able to effectively communicate technical information through descriptive texts to the intended audience.
Responsibilities
- Opens, sorts and prepares documents for scanning and processing.
- Batches documents and scans them into the system.
- Performs quality assurance on scanned documents.
- Maintains scanning equipment and cleaning.
- Performs data-entry and resolves data-entry related problems across offices.
- Provides clerical support related to claims adjudication and payment processes.
