• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent multitasking skills and ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a low error rate.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all work.
• Coachable and open to receiving feedback for continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to navigate within a typical office environment and perform job responsibilities consistently during scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and manually key a high volume of electronic invoices with exceptional accuracy, maintaining a low error rate per program.
• Follow standardized processes to ensure data integrity and security.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including program-specific SLA and SLS requirements.
• Maintain a strong quality-focused approach, prioritizing accuracy in high-volume workflows.
• Multitask across programs and platforms, managing competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Adhere to company policies related to data handling, security, and compliance.
• Demonstrate initiative by actively responding to questions and offering assistance where needed.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal teams to support seamless operations and enhance service delivery.
• Complete all assigned training by the due date and take part in ongoing learning and development initiatives.
