Job summary

Zachry Group seeks an Expeditor I to drive and track pre-delivery document submittals to the contract and project schedule in Pasadena, CA. You will push for on-time supplier documents and coordinate with Engineering and Expediting teams to resolve issues.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficient MS Office use. Occasional site or facility embedding and up to 25% travel are expected.
