The role ensures on-time delivery of documents, equipment, and materials, working with engineering, procurement and logistics to resolve issues promptly.

The candidate should have 5+ years in project-based environments, solid expediting and vendor management skills, and proficiency with document management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures, standards, and software systems.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, supply chain management, and expediting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all project expediting functions.
• Monitor vendor progress and ensure deliveries meet PO timelines.
• Provide regular updates and flag delays with practical solutions.
• Communicate with suppliers to clarify expectations and resolve issues.
• Track supplier performance and delivery conditions.
• Maintain organized project document databases for easy access.
