Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. (MIS) is seeking a Document Controls Engineer to organize, track, and maintain project documentation across large infrastructure and data center projects.

You will work with engineering, construction, procurement, and project management teams to ensure drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and turnover records are accurate, accessible, and controlled throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, construction, procurement, and project management teams.
• Experience with document management systems and project lifecycle records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control across large-scale infrastructure and mission-critical projects.
• Maintain project document management systems with current versions for stakeholders.
• Coordinate review, distribution, tracking, and archival of drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, contracts, and engineering deliverables.
