Effective document control ensures project teams have access to accurate, current information, enabling safe, efficient, and successful project delivery. At Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. Position Overview As a Document Controls Engineer , you will manage the organization, distribution, tracking, and maintenance of project documentation across complex infrastructure and data center projects. You will serve as a key resource supporting project teams by ensuring drawings, specifications, engineering deliverables, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and turnover records are properly controlled throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate across engineering, construction, procurement, and project management teams. Success requires a proactive approach to information management, process improvement, and maintaining document integrity from project initiation through closeout.
