Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Document Controls Engineer to manage and coordinate the lifecycle of project documentation for large infrastructure and data center programs.

You will ensure drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and turnover records are accurate, organized, and accessible to project teams across engineering, construction, procurement, and project management. Candidate should have a strong eye for detail, experience with document control platforms, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of document control, project controls, engineering support, or construction administration experience.
• Experience supporting engineering, data center, industrial, EPC, or large infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control processes across large-scale projects.
• Maintain project document management systems with current, accurate records.
• Coordinate review, distribution, tracking, and archival of drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, contracts.
• Support teams to ensure compliance with document control requirements.
• Track document status, approvals, revisions, and workflows.
