Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead phases of large, multi-scope construction projects, ensuring profitable operations and on-time delivery. You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities, communicating with internal teams and clients, and travel up to 50% as required.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering with 5+ years of related experience, and are proficient in reading drawings, CAD, and Procore or similar

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering (or related) required.
• 5+ years of related construction experience and PM experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with large, multi-scope builds and data center/site development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a phase of a larger project or multiple smaller projects to ensure profitable operations and on-time delivery.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities; manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients, general/sub-contractors, and internal teams.
