Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking a Project Engineer to support preconstruction, coordination, and documentation for Mission Critical data center programs. You will work across development and active project phases to ensure timely reviews and robust documentation, with a focus on site construction and fast-paced delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering and 5+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering or related.
• 5+ years of related construction experience.
• Data center site development experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Experience with Procore or similar platforms.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Support preconstruction, internal coordination, and documentation control for Mission Critical projects.
• Review project plans and ensure proper documentation across development and active phases.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to deliver proposals and schedules.
• Focus on data center site construction in a fast-moving project environment.
