Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in document control, records management, or administrative support.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Training or familiarity with document control systems and project management platforms
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to document control and compliance
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage project documentation, maintain version control and distribution systems, and ensure all project records are accurate, compliant, and accessible to internal and external stakeholders.
