Job summary

TekPro Support Services, LLC is seeking a Technical Services Support/Document Specialist to contribute to our mission with the DLA. You will support discrepancy reporting, publishing, and document control across DoD-standard tools and Office software.

Strong communication skills and five years of document automation experience are required, with attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to validate data generated by production for accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to generate queries and tools to organize data.
• Experience with automated document management software is strongly desired.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience with document automation and management programs.

Responsibilities

• Use DoD standardization tools such as ASSIST, QuickSearch and Maintenance.
• Operate specialized applications for discrepancy reporting.
• Create and manage documents with word processing, charts, forms, and spreadsheets.
• Set up, operate and maintain automated publishing equipment and digital data manipulation.
• Maintain records of projects and related material.
• Ensure output accuracy and proper data routing through the network.
