Hargrove and Associates, Inc. seeks a skilled Document Control Specialist to manage project and personnel documents under supervision. The role focuses on ensuring accurate electronic file distribution, research, and client interactions.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in document control, familiarity with engineering standards, and strong MS Office and Newforma experience. This position supports project managers and requires meticulous attention to detail and clear communication.
Generally responsible for document management for projects and personnel. This work will be performed under general supervision.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Advanced coursework is preferred.
This position requires 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in document control and administration.
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
