Job summary

Brunel is seeking a highly organized Document Control Specialist to support a major data center construction project in the Waco, TX area. You will manage engineering, construction, quality, safety, and project documentation through all phases, ensuring revision integrity and timely access to records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in document control within construction or data center projects.
• Ability to manage large volumes of records, ensure revision integrity and accessibility.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, review, distribution, tracking, filing, and storage of project documentation.
• Maintain document control systems for drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, logs, and records.
• Track revisions and ensure teams use current approved versions.
• Coordinate distribution of drawings and updates to contractors and stakeholders.
• Process transmittals while maintaining logs and records.
• Support turnover and closeout with complete, organized project files.
• Monitor workflows and follow up on overdue reviews and approvals.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of project information.
