Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of industrial document control experience, knowledge of engineering standards, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in document control and administration.
• Knowledge of engineering document control standards.
• Knowledge of construction plans and diagrams.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Document management of electronic files for project and personnel distribution.
• Convert between software packages, printing, scanning, and copying.
• Research files and records to locate documents as requested by others.
• Respond to client requests of all types.
• Generate activity reports as required by project managers.
• Assist project managers with administrative tasks as necessary.
