Dauch Corporation is seeking an ECN/Doc. Control Clerk to manage data control systems, document storage, and data retention.

You will oversee change management, support APQP during product development and launches, and maintain controlled documents across all operations, including Plex-related tooling and training for users. Collaborating with corporate teams, you will ensure IATF16949 and ISO 14001 compliance, manage training requirements, and assist in continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; high school diploma or GED acceptable.
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing background in a PM environment.
• Lead Auditor certification and knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO 14001.
• Proficiency with Plex and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manages data control systems, data retention and document storage.
• Oversees change management from initiation to completion.
• Supports APQP during product development and launches.
• Maintains and revises hardcopy-controlled documents across operations.
• Interfaces with corporate teams for Plex-related improvements.
• Delivers Plex and system training to users across the organization.
• Ensures compliance with IATF16949, ISO 14001 and related documentation.
• Assists in storage, retention, and disposal of records per policy.
• Performs internal audits and supports quality system activities.
• Prepares management review materials and reports corrective actions.
