Job summary

QualityAI in Hercules, CA is seeking a Doc Control Specialist to manage project documentation through the Veeva QualityDocs workflow, ensuring complete, correctly categorized, and approved data in line with data integrity principles.

You will collaborate with project teams, review submissions, and train new users while maintaining an organized Design History File and reporting lifecycle metrics.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of verifiable, direct document control experience.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with enterprise DMS (eDMS).
• Heavy use of Veeva QualityDocs and SharePoint.
• Strong eye for spotting errors and ensuring data integrity.
• Promptly communicate issues or questions as they arise.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to self-prioritize multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Process documents through Veeva QualityDocs workflow, assign reviewers/approvers.
• Review documents for formatting, spelling, content requirements and metadata.
• Train new users to the document workflow process.
• Maintain an organized Design History File to reduce compliance gaps.
• Follow up with task owners and report document lifecycle metrics.
• Take on additional tasks aligned to project needs and evolving knowledge.
