Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Quality Operations Program Manager to ensure integrity, compliance, and management of processes within the Quality Management System.

You will own the Document Control process, drive lifecycle management, and provide regulatory interpretation across multiple product lines and domains, working with cross-functional teams globally. This role offers flexible work options.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required in Science, Information Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a regulated quality role in Life Sciences.
• Experience with QMS, documentation/record management, training, change control, CAPA.
• Experience with eDMS/eQMS systems and GxP regulations.
• Strong process mapping, communication, and regulatory interpretation skills.
• Hands-on with Veeva Quality Cloud solutions (QMS/Training).
• Knowledge of SDLC and CSV in a regulated software environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for Document Control and lifecycle management.
• Provide quality oversight on regulated activities and product releases/changes.
• Offer regulatory interpretation and guidance across domains.
• Develop metrics and track effectiveness of domain systems.
