Job summary

Team Industries, Inc. in Kaukauna, WI is seeking a Document Control Specialist to compile and maintain control records and release blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents to manufacturing and other departments.

You will verify data, resolve discrepancies with originators, post changes, maintain files, and support project setup in CSI while coordinating with engineering and project management to ensure timely document delivery.

Responsibilities

• Examines documents such as blueprints, drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data.
• Confers with document originators or engineering liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies and compiles required changes to documents.
• Posts changes to computerized or manual control records, releases documents, and notifies affected departments.
• Maintains related files.
• Prepares requests for reproduction of documents.
• Operates reproduction equipment.
• Prepares reports and memorandums.
• Attends weekly customer meetings to ensure all documents are being transmitted properly.
• Set up new Projects in CSI and works with the Engineering and Project Management team to ensure all requirements are input and met.
• Works with outside vendors as needed to ensure they have all the proper documentation to perform Checking and ensure all documents are sent and received in a timely manner.
• Conducts work safely and follows all safety procedures. Rejects work that is not safe and discusses the situation with
