Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent with minimal related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals; write routine reports.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and use standard office software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains control records and related files for release of blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents.
• Verifies data accuracy and resolves discrepancies with originators or engineers.
• Posts changes to records, notifies affected departments, and maintains related files.
• Prepares reproduction requests and operates reproduction equipment.
• Attends weekly customer meetings to ensure documents are transmitted properly.
• Sets up new projects in CSI and collaborates with Engineering/PM to meet requirements.
• Works with outside vendors to ensure documents are properly transmitted.
