This full-time, limited-term role lasts 12 months (extendable). The base pay ranges from $68,640 to $84,577 USD per year, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma required.
• At least 1 year of document control experience.
• Handle large volumes of information systematically.
• Use EDMS, cloud storage, and Microsoft Office.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Sort, label, categorize, and archive digital and paper files.
• Proofread and check documents for completeness, accuracy, and formatting.
• Track revisions and ensure staff use current versions.
• Supply requested files to internal teams or auditors.
• Follow privacy laws and retention schedules.
