Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Engineering Document Control Specialist to join our aerospace-focused engineering team. This role manages and maintains all engineering documents, overseeing ECN processes and using PDM systems to track revisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in document control, with aerospace/aviation experience.
  • Proficient in Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
  • Familiar with Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process.
  • Knowledge of engineering configuration and change control processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other document control software.
  • Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, FAA, AS9100, etc.
  • Experience with SolidWorks PDM is a plus.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Document Control Specialist to join our dynamic Engineering team. This role plays an integral part in managing and maintaining all engineering documents, including designs, plans, reports, and manuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall document control process, ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of the documents.
