Jobot is seeking an Engineering Document Control Specialist to oversee the creation, management, and validation of engineering documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility across programs. You will drive ECN implementation and document revisions using PDM tools, partnering with engineering to meet stringent aerospace standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in document control within aerospace, strong MS Office proficiency, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control, aerospace/aviation.
• Proficient in Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
• Familiarity with Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process.
• Knowledge of engineering configuration and change control processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other document control software.
• Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, FAA, AS9100, etc.
• Experience with SolidWorks PDM is a plus.
