Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a engineering background, 7–10 years of document control experience, and strong knowledge of EDMS like SharePoint, Aconex, or OpenText. Proficiency in MS Office and basic scripting is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
  • 7-10 years of Document Control experience, preferably in EPC or manufacturing industries
  • Proficiency with EDMS platforms like SharePoint, Aconex, or OpenText
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite; basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, VBA) is a plus
  • Proven ability to maintain data integrity across large document sets (10k+ records), with experience on mega projects (~$1B cost, 4+ years) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Upload and organize files in EDMS with appropriate metadata
  • Create and maintain document placeholders and records to ensure easy retrieval and traceability
