Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Document Control Specialist to manage receipt, retention and distribution of drawings, docs and correspondence. You will coordinate Procore access, set up submittals, maintain distribution lists, and ensure document revisions stay aligned across client, QISG team and vendors.
The role requires a high school diploma and strong Microsoft Office skills, with preferred experience in the transmission/distribution space and Procore proficiency.

The Document Control Specialist will facilitate the receipt, retention and distribution of all drawings, documents and official correspondence between the QISG team, their clients and vendors.
The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $24.04/Hr. - USD $38.46/Hr. depending on experience and qualifications.
