Qualifications

• High school diploma and three years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Must have Real ID Act compliant identification at time of hire.
• Must obtain DOE access badge.

Responsibilities

• Provide document control and record management support to requesting organizations.
• Apply site procedures and federal/NARA requirements to ensure compliance.
• Support Records Program processes to create, manage and retrieve federal records.
• Capture and audit records using site-approved software to ensure quality and compliance.
• Prepare, review, approve, and release documents; distribute and revise records as required.
