Saulsbury Industries - Quality Specialist (Day Shift) is sought to manage and organize project documentation in Abernathy, TX. You will review inspection reports, maintain turnover dossiers, and ensure accuracy across vendor and client documents, while supporting the QA/QC team and project completion.

The role requires experience with welding procedure specifications (WPS) and material tracking reports (MTRs), attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced

Formación

• Must have experience in document or administrative management.
• Oil and Gas industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to manage a high-volume workload and work in a team, tracking, maintaining, client, vendor and NDE documents.

Responsabilidades

• Report to QA/QC Manager/Supervisor.
• Organize reports/documents as they come in & review them for accuracy.
• Review all inspection reports/documents for accuracy and file into turnover dossiers per area.
• Build turnover dossiers: per direction of Quality Manager.
• Build Instrument Loop Folders.
• Track Construction Progress.
• Maintain documents daily by inserting documents into turnover dossiers.
• Maintain code books, project specifications and regulations, per QC Manual and contract.
• Audit the dossiers & logs to identify errors & missing reports.
• Upload to QC Server.
• Identify delays or issues that interfere with the workflow process and report to the Supervisor.
• Manage Saulsbury Engineering FTP site for required projects.
