Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Document Control I to support RCN processing, drawing distribution, and electronic file management. The role works under close supervision and requires basic document control knowledge.

Responsibilities include creating part numbers, maintaining the RCN database, training staff on doc control procedures, and aiding in process improvements. A high school diploma and the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance are required.

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to train others.
• Must have good computer skills (including email and Windows Explorer).
• Must be able to perform all job functions with minimal supervision.
• Possesses basic understanding of TTM's document control process and can assist others in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Process limited RCNs and maintain RCN database.
• Create part numbers and/or drawing numbers.
• Distribute and retrieve drawings; maintain electronic files of controlled documents.
• Move electronic documents between unreleased, released and archive storage.
• Export documents and set up electronic filing systems as needed.
• Provide training on doc control procedures and identify process inefficiencies.
