Job summary

Xerox is seeking a DocuCare Associate II to join our Service Delivery team. You will support one or more customer locations, perform preventative maintenance on print devices, replenish consumables, and document service activities to ensure high reliability and customer satisfaction.

You will troubleshoot issues at a first level, escalate complex problems per procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supporting office equipment or managed print services.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability following procedures.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on customer print devices.
• Replenish consumables and maintain onsite parts inventory.
• Document service activities accurately.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and repairs; escalate as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized devices and support ongoing knowledge sharing.
