Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carries out preventative maintenance checks and basic repairs.
• Mentors/train client groups on equipment usage and functions.

• Ensure SLA is achieved and customer requirements are met or exceeded.
• Support knowledge sharing and personal development within the team.
