Job summary

Xerox is seeking an on-site service delivery professional responsible for outsourcing/facilities management to end-user customers. You will maintain contracted service levels, drive customer satisfaction, and uphold contract commitments within budget targets.

You will be part of a service delivery team for one or more customers, focusing on meeting SLA, supporting productivity improvements, and contributing to service transformation and profitable growth across Broward and Miami-Dade counties.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and meet SLA.
• Able to work with minimal oversight and manage time effectively.
• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office; data entry.
• Willing to learn Xerox print production technologies.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outsourced facilities management and meet SLAs.
• Assist service delivery across multiple accounts in Broward & Miami-Dade counties.
• Support productivity improvements and service transformation.
• Educate clients on equipment usage and functions.
