Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation in Washington state seeks a Docucare Associate to deliver on-site outsourcing and facilities management for end-user customers, ensuring contracted service levels are met within cost targets.

You will be part of a service delivery team focused on SLA attainment, productivity improvements, and service transformation with growth in mind.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, training, inventory logs, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and anticipate customer needs.
• Work with minimal oversight with strong attention to detail.
• PC knowledge including Microsoft Office and email.
• Identifies problems in straightforward situations and follows standard procedures to resolve them.
• Willing to learn technologies around print production and finishing equipment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move as required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance checks, first-level repair, and escalate as needed.
• Promote knowledge sharing and act as a mentor/coach.
• Educate and train client groups on equipment usage and functions.
• Maintain clean and tidy devices and a safe work environment.
• Log activities including on-site parts inventory and replenishment of consumables.
• Ensure SLA is achieved and customer requirements are met and exceeded.
• Commit to personal development and training.
