Holland America-Princess (Holland America Dawson City Inn) is seeking a Dock Operations Supervisor to lead the dock team in Juneau, Ketchikan and Sitka. You will manage daily dock operations, coordinate tours and oversee inventory, dispatch departures and handle financial paperwork with professional guest service on the pier.

The role requires strong communication, calm under pressure, and the ability to work outdoors in variable Alaskan weather, while ensuring safety and policy compliance

Qualifications

• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage the dock team, oversee dock operations and greet guests on the pier to guide guests to their designated tour
• Oversee inventory management, transportation coordination and tour count reconciliation
• Dispatch tour departures and manage the overall operation of the dock office
• Administrative duties include staff scheduling, processing financial documents and data entry
• Ensure safety and adherence to company policies while providing excellent guest service
