Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or dock operations.
• Ability to coordinate dock or yard activities in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of trailer docking and release procedures.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Office 365/Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and operation of dock equipment and hand tools.
• Coordinate dock activities and trailer movements.
• Manage trailer docking, release, and yard flow.
• Monitor dock conditions and escalate unsafe issues.
• Collaborate with site operations, transportation, yard services, and customer teams.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure activities align with guidelines, safety standards, and SWIs.
• Support 7S workplace organization.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify risks and delays.
• Use Office 365 and Google Suite to track activity and document issues.
• Provide coverage to site leadership and peers.
