GXO Logistics, Inc in Pryor Creek, OK is seeking a hands-on Yard and Dock Coordinator to lead dock activities, ensure safe, efficient trailer movements, and partner with operations, transportation, safety, and customer teams. You’ll monitor dock conditions, sequence docking and yard flow, and uphold 7S standards while using Office 365 and Google Suite to document issues and communicate updates.

This role requires outdoor work, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a strong customer-service mindset

Competenze

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, dock, yard, or transportation environment.
• Ability to coordinate dock or yard activities in a fast-paced operation.
• Knowledge of trailer docking, release procedures, and trailer anatomy.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite.

• Champion operation safety and dock equipment usage as required.
• Coordinate loading and unloading dock activities; manage trailer movements.
• Plan and sequence trailer docking, release, and yard flow.
• Monitor dock conditions and escalate unsafe situations.
• Partner with site operations, transportation, yard services, and customer teams.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure dock activities align with process guidelines, safety standards, and site procedures.
• Support 7S workplace organization for dock and yard.
• Conduct regular visual inspections to identify risks or delays.
• Use Office 365 and Google Suite to track activity and document issues.
• Provide coverage and operational support to site leadership and peers.
