You will partner with operations, transportation, safety, and customer teams to execute daily dock activities, model accountability, and uphold safety standards while delivering strong customer service and using MS Office 365 and Google Suite for records.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, dock, yard, or transportation-related environment.
• Ability to coordinate dock or yard activities in a fast-paced operation.
• Knowledge of trailer docking, release procedures, and trailer anatomy.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and varied terrain.
• Strong adherence to safety standards and escalation protocols.
• Excellent communication for daily customer-facing and cross-functional interactions.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and Google Suite.

• Champion operation safety and support dock-related equipment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all loading and unloading dock activities.
• Manage and sequence trailer docking, release, and yard flow.
• Monitor dock conditions and escalate when unsafe.
• Collaborate with site operations, transportation, yard services, and customers.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders.
• Ensure dock activities align with process guidelines and safety standards.
• Support dock and yard organization per 7S standards.
• Conduct regular visual inspections and identify risks.
• Use Office 365 and Google Suite to track activity.
• Provide coverage to site leadership and Lead peers.
