Squire Patton Boggs is seeking a Docketing Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of California litigation experience. The role supports the Docket Department remotely or in a hybrid setting, ideally for candidates in Arizona or at an established SPB location able to work west coast business hours.
The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and solid docketing software skills (CompuLaw). A paralegal certificate is helpful but not mandatory.

Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP is seeking a Docketing Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of experience. This position works closely with other members of the Docket Department based in Phoenix, Arizona to maintain the Firm's docket system. We are open to employees in this position that are remote or hybrid, but prefer candidates that reside in Arizona or those who are located in an already established Squire Patton Boggs location and can work west coast business hours.
