GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Yard and Dock Coordinator for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm) in Lincoln, NE. You will lead dock activities, coordinate trailer movements, and partner with operations, transportation, safety and customer teams to ensure safe, efficient flow.

Competenze

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, dock, yard, or transportation environments.
• Ability to coordinate dock/yard activities in a fast-paced operation.
• Knowledge of trailer docking, release procedures, and trailer anatomy.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary point of contact for loading/unloading dock activities and coordinate trailer movements.
• Manage trailer docking, release, and yard flow in line with priorities.
• Monitor dock conditions and enforce safety standards; escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with site operations, transportation, yard services, and customer teams daily.
• Communicate professionally with internal/external stakeholders and document issues.
• Support dock/yard organization following 7S workplace standards.
