GXO is seeking a Yard and Dock Coordinator for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm) in Pryor Creek, OK. You will be the primary contact for dock activities, ensuring safe, efficient trailer movement and yard flow while partnering with operations, safety, and customer teams.

Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining 7S workplace organization. Experience in warehouse or dock environments and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Experience in warehouse, dock, yard, or transportation environments.
• Ability to coordinate dock/yard activities in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal/external teams.

Responsabilidades

• Champion operation safety and dock equipment handling.
• Coordinate loading/unloading trailer movements and dock sequencing.
• Monitor dock conditions and enforce safety procedures.
• Collaborate with operations, transportation, yard services, and customer teams.
• Maintain professional communication with stakeholders and document issues.
