Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, dock, yard, or transportation setting.
• Ability to coordinate dock or yard activities in a fast-paced operation.
• Knowledge of trailer docking, release procedures, and trailer anatomy.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong adherence to processes, safety standards, and escalation protocols.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and Google Suite.

Responsabilités

• Champion safety and support of dock tools and equipment.
• Coordinate loading/unloading dock activities and trailer movements.
• Manage trailer docking, release, and yard flow.
• Monitor dock conditions and enforce stop-work when unsafe.
• Collaborate with site operations, transportation, yard services, and customers.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders and maintain customer service mindset.
• Ensure dock activities comply with guidelines and SWIs.
• Support dock/yard organization following 7S standards.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify risks or delays.
• Use Office 365 and Google Suite to track activity and document issues.
• Provide coverage and support to site leadership and lead peers.
