Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent; some college preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years operations experience in transportation preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred; strong communication skills.
• Working knowledge of operating systems and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate daily safety of each employee.
• Oversee safe loading/unloading processes and shift productivity.
• Supervise dock employees and assign workloads.
• Maintain shift schedules and coordinate with managers.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and safety regulations.
• Lead daily shift meetings and communicate operations updates.
