Key duties include safety monitoring, coordinating loading/unloading, and using OD systems to track shipments. The role emphasizes training, development, and meeting daily objectives with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Supervisory role preferred, with ability to lead a shift.
• Experience using AS400 and related freight systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication across teams.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA/DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety and train employees on safety processes.
• Plan and optimize loading/unloading to improve efficiency.
• Supervise pickups and deliveries to meet customer expectations.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate schedules to staff.
• Ensure compliance with company and government regulations.
• Operate OD systems to track shipment locations and status.
• Hire, train, and discipline staff as required.
