Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor I to coordinate and supervise outbound dock activities in Fontana, CA. You will ensure efficient operations, uphold our guiding principles, and drive performance through hands-on leadership.

The role requires supervising staff, planning daily work, and maintaining customer service excellence while coordinating with multiple functions to meet deadlines and optimize space, resources and equipment utilization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Logistics or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum four years related experience; supervisory or management experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise outbound dock activities and ensure efficient operations.
• Plan daily work schedule by reviewing work orders and customer instructions.
• Assign duties to warehouse staff and monitor performance throughout the day.
• Train staff and delegate training to experienced specialists as needed.
• Maintain quality and safety standards and communicate progress to management.
