Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor I to oversee outbound dock activities at the Swedesboro, NJ site. You will lead staff, coordinate daily schedules, and ensure efficient operations while maintaining high safety and service standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1–2 years in logistics, with supervisory experience preferred. A valid driver’s license, forklift certification, and HazMat knowledge help qualify you for this position in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in International Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
Minimum 1–2 years related experience; 3+ years industry experience preferred.
Supervisory or management experience and dock operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
Plan daily work schedule, assign duties, and prioritize time-sensitive tasks.
Review pending jobs, reorganize warehouse space, and adjust resources as needed.
Train staff, supervise, and delegate tasks to experienced leads.
Monitor progress, provide guidance, and report issues to management daily.
Conduct regular staff meetings and annual performance reviews.
