Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant operations or logistics experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in transportation, LTL, warehouse, or service center operations preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, train, and evaluate team members.
• Strong working knowledge of safety protocols, compliance standards, and hazardous materials handling (Hazmat certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute dock and terminal operations with precision, overseeing load planning, freight handling, and linehaul coordination.
• Monitor daily operating costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and margins.
• Maintain safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management across the service center.
• Lead, coach, and develop frontline teams with clear expectations and accountability.
• Coordinate with network stakeholders to ensure seamless freight movement and issue resolution.
