ITS Logistics, LLC is seeking a Dock Coordinator for our Sparks, NV operation. The role focuses on delivering professional service, checking in drivers, verifying BOL information, and assigning loads to doors while coordinating with the warehouse to balance workload.

The candidate will update workload systems, print BOLs and documents, and assist the CSR team with daily tasks. Some inventory and yard checks are expected to support smooth operations.

Formación

• Excellent grammar and written communication.
• Clear verbal communication with internal/external teams.
• Familiarity with office procedures and document handling.
• Understanding of customer service principles and standards.
• Basic warehouse knowledge and workflow awareness.
• Ability to coordinate resources and relay workload.
• Experience with repetitive physical tasks and safety considerations.
• Knowledge of production/distribution processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a professional level of service.
• Check in drivers and verify information on BOLs.
• Assign loads to doors and secure loads.
• Coordinate with Warehouse to direct workload.
• Update workload database and print documents.
• Process inbound receipts and orders.
• Assist CSR team with daily workload.
• Address daily operational issues and communicate findings.
• Inspect dock activity and coordinate with channels.
• Perform multiple yard checks and inventory tasks.
