Job summary

Festo Corporation is seeking a Dock Coordinator to oversee all activities related to product movement on the receiving/shipping dock. The role involves unloading/loading trailers, coordinating with FTZ, and ensuring 6S standards compliance while maintaining inventory integrity.

The position requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, forklift certification, and strong communication skills. Work duties include paperwork processing, equipment operation, and adherence to ISO safety standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience
• 1–2 years of relevant warehouse experience
• Computer knowledge
• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Forklift certification or experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dock activities for loading/unloading and inbound/outbound shipments
• Maintain dock and inventory integrity per work instructions
• Process paperwork with Receiving and Shipping departments
• Communicate issues, status updates and performance results to the supervisor
• Operate material handling equipment per safety requirements
