ITS Logistics, LLC in Sparks, NV is seeking a Dock Coordinator to support dock operations, verify BOLs, assign loads, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate receiving documents and timely loads.

The role emphasizes strong attention to detail, solid clerical skills, and proactive communication to resolve daily issues on the dock and maintain efficient workflow. Experience with basic warehouse knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong command of written English and documentation.
• Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures.
• Understanding of customer service principles and quality expectations.
• Knowledge of warehouse basics and distribution processes.
• Ability to read and interpret bills of lading and related documents.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional level service on the dock.
• Verify all information on BOLs for accuracy.
• Assign loads to doors and secure with appropriate seals.
• Coordinate with Warehouse to direct workload and priorities.
• Update the workload database for Warehouse operations.
• Print BOLs and receiving documents via Softeon.
• Process daily inbound receipts and orders.
• Support CSR team with daily workload and inquiries.
• Walk the dock to assess inbound/outbound trailers and communicate needs.
• Assist with basic inventory control activities.
