Job summary

Estes-Express-Lines is seeking a dock/loader professional to load and unload freight using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. The role requires careful inspection, documentation of freight conditions, and adherence to safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must be 17+ years of age.
• Experience in transportation industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight using forklift, pallet jack, hand truck, or by hand.
• Strap, brace and pad freight to prevent damage or shifting.
• Record the condition of freight as it arrives at the service center.
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift inspection of dock equipment.
• Maintain regular attendance and dependability.
